Colorado Mediators & Arbitrators™ is a registered trade name of USADR Inc. The procedural rules of United States Arbitration Association are utilized for mediation and arbitration.

Administrative Filing Fee $75 per party; non-refundable
Hourly rates - 2 hour minimum

Arbitration Fees
Administrative Filing Fees are Non-Refundable.  All fees assessed to both Claimant(s) and Respondents(s)
Upon delivering an award, arbitrators may shift these costs as equitable

*Time in excess of 3 hours is charged at arbitrator's hourly rate below.

  • Hearing & teleconferences
 $125 per party per hour block
  • Document review including briefs, motions, exhibits, etc.

$35 per diem
Facility Fee - varies by location. Cost + 10%.
 

Cancellations
  • All Refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations within 3 business days of a scheduled teleconference, mediation or hearing forfeit the full hearing deposit, facility fee, and arbitrator's non-refundable traveling expenses if any.
 

General Policies

  • USADR requires a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file to secure ADR fees.
  • Initial pre-hearing conference fee due at the time of scheduling.
  • Fee balances and hearing deposits are due immediately upon completion of the Initial Pre-Hearing Conference.
  • Outstanding balances payable to USADR are subject to a compounding monthly interest rate of 2%
  • The Fee Agreement Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated into this Fee Schedule upon filing the Submission Agreement or Response
